Mr Guo is very patient Mathematics teacher who can effectively teach us various concepts and topics in a short amount of time. My mathematics has definitely improved after attending his lessons and I can maintain a percentage of above 90% in my common tests because of his teaching and the worksheets he provide. He even exposes us to certain JC topics to prepare us for next year. He also interacts with his students to share some life experiences and good advice with us. All in all, I feel that he is a very caring teacher and his methods of teaching are extremely effective. I highly recommend him if you are looking to improve your mathematics!

It is difficult to understate the help Mr Guo has provided me during the course of my math endeavors. Having joined his tuition for about 9 months now, I have noticed significance progress in my math grades. He has a strong interest in teaching and has never failed to answer all my questions. I have known Mr Guo for over one and half years. Mr Guo is a very devoted teacher who goes the extra mile to help his students. I used to struggle with my math when I just started secondary 3 as my math foundation was very weak. Whatever questions I have, Mr Guo would patiently explain to me how to solve them and he would give me lots of practice to ensure I fully understand how to do those questions. Thanks to Mr Guo, A math is one of my favourite subjects. On many occations, Mr Guo would stay back after classes to clear my doubts. Mr Guo is an extremely intelligent teacher who is able to answer all my queries for mathematics with great precision. It is impressive to see how he is able to take multiple approaches to a single question, which is a great way to learn as it allows me to choose the method that I am most comfortable with. It is even more commendable that he is able to transform the seemingly boring math lessons into unforgettable journeys for me. Sometimes I wonder how can 2 hours feel so short when he is around. As I approached the A levs, he managed to boost my confidence with his powerful words of encouragement, keeping me calm during the exam preparation and the actual exam itself.

Mr Guo is a very patient and passionate teacher. He really knows what I was lacking to get an A for Maths. I approached him 4 months before my Alevels,as I was struggling to pass the paper. Mr. Jerry Guo is my H2 math tutor. He is excellent in math and has won numerous math competition awards. Having a good understanding in all topics, Mr. Guo is able to give clear explanation of math concepts. When I find it hard to understand a difficult topic, he is very patient and will explore different ways to explain the concept. During class, Mr. Guo is very energetic and frequently seeks feedback from me. The atmosphere of class is light hearted, and I am comfortable to share any difficulties I am facing. As an art student, I sometimes find it hard to understand abstract concepts such as functions. To help me overcome this, Mr. Guo uses MS Excel as a visual aid to effectively illustrate the properties of the functions. Given his extensive industry experience, he is able to link theory to its application in finance and physics, enabling me to better appreciate the beauty of the subject.
